Description
Our residence is beautifully situated just below the well-known Kreuzkofel mountain, only a few minutes walk from La Villa/Stern.
Here, away from the hustle and bustle, you will be able to enjoy your holiday in the midst of nature: sun, peace and the breathe-taking panoramic sight of our mountains.
You will live in a newly built biological house with its low energy system. It is also called "CLIMAHOUSE".
The house itself is surrounded by a sun terrace, a private lawn for sun-bathing and a children’s playground. Parking spaces are available in our basement, as well as a ski room and a bio-sauna with a relaxing area.

- If the booking is cancelled within 10 days of arrival, 80% of the total price will be charged
