Description
The Residence Badia*** is located in Badia in Alta Badia.
The apartments, built in 2004 and extended in 2013 and most recently in 2024, are located 150 m (ski bus) from the lifts of the Alta Badia/Dolomiti Superski skiing area.
We offer spacious holiday apartments for 2 to 7 persons, equipped among other things with balcony or terrace, at least one separate bedroom, one or two bathrooms.
A small wellness area with Finnish sauna, steam bath, Kneipp facility, adventure shower and a relaxation area with water beds awaits you at our house.

Cancellation policy
Trip cancellation and insurance policy
- 3 weeks before arrival - 30% of booked value
- 1 week before arrival - 70% of booked value
- in the last week prior to departure - 90% of booked value
- in case one or more guests do not arrive, 100% of the rate for the room for the agreed period will be billed.
- in case of later arrival or earlier departure than planned, the unused days will be billed at 100%. (No cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection Code exist. However, we grant the abovementioned cancellation conditions; Notice according to Part III, Section I of the Consumer Protection Code [GvD 206/2005])
