On the occasion of the sixth eventing of the Alta Badia Cocktail Week, the Hotel Restaurant Jägerhof celebrates creativity and the comforting essence of winter flavors through two signature drinks inspired by the warmth of the Dolomites and the small pleasures that follow a day on the snow. An event that blends softness, enveloping aromas, and contemporary mixology, inviting guests to enjoy a moment of pure sensory delight.
Here are the two drinks you can enjoy:
Velvet Dream (alcoholic):
Inspired by the pleasure of a warm strudel after a day in the snow, Velvet Dream envelops the senses with the softness of Bulleit Bourbon with vanilla and the sweet apple and cinnamon foam. A velvety sip that celebrates warmth, comfort, and genuine indulgence.
- Whiskey Bulleit bourbon “milk washed” with vanilla milk
- Chamomile liqueur
- Lime juice
- Calvados
- Apple and cinnamon foam
Virgin Velvet (non-alcoholic):
Virgin Velvet is designed to gently and lightly pamper the senses. Chamomile infusion and a touch of vanilla create a warm, reassuring embrace, while apple juice and apple-cinnamon foam add freshness and aromatic notes. Each sip offers a moment of pure comfort, sweetness, and serenity, like a cozy treat to be savored slowly.

For the occasion, the guest bartender Matteo Di Muri from The Pantheon Iconic Rome will join the evening as a special guest.
