Trip cancellation and insurance policy
- For reservations cancelled or changes of the booking period up to 31 days prior to the date of arrival, nothing will be charged
- For cancellations or changes from 30 to 11 days prior to arrival, we will keep the deposit as cancellation fee, while
- 80% of the booked arrangement will be charged for cancellations or changes from 10 days prior to arrival
- in case of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
