Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies
No additional cancellation fees apply for cancellations made up to 31 days before arrival.
For cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before arrival, a fee of 40% of the total booked amount will be charged.
For cancellations made between 14 and 6 days before arrival, a fee of 60% of the total booked amount will be charged.
If you cancel within 5 days of arrival, a fee of 100% of the total booked amount will be charged.
In the event of early departure, late arrival or no-show, cancellation fees of 100% will be charged for the booked days not taken up.
