Trip cancellation and insurance policy
- Up to 60 days before arrival: refund of 80% of the deposit.
- Less than 60 to 30 days before arrival: loss of deposit;
- Less than 30 to 8 days before arrival: payment of 60% of the total amount.
- Less than 8 days before arrival, late arrival, early departure, fewer people than booked or in case of a no-show: payment of 100% of the total amount.
