A special destination for many visitors is the Sanctuary of Santa Croce (La Crusc). It is impressively nestled at an altitude of 2,045 metres against the rock faces of the mighty Sasso della Croce (Heiligkreuzkofel) (2,907 m). You can get a fascinating insight into the rural craftsmanship of the past in the Valley of the Mills, the ‘Val di Morins’, near Longiarù (Campill).
Other worthwhile destinations for those interested in culture are the parish churches in Corvara and Colfosco. On a hill above La Valle, you will also find the charming St. Barbara's Chapel.
