With three shining Michelin stars, the gourmet restaurant St. Hubertus in Alta Badia once again makes you take notice.
Also in 2022, the Restaurant St. Hubertus in the Hotel & Spa Rosa Alpina in San Cassiano has been decorated with three Michelin stars again.
Its famous chef, Norbert Niederkofler, grown up in the Valle Aurina valley, has returned to South Tyrol in 1994, after many years abroad. He's also the founder of the "Chef's Cup South Tyrol", which has been replaced in 2017 by “Care’s - The ethical chef days”. In 2020 he also received the Michelin Green Clover for sustainable initiatives in the gastronomy sector.
