After the closure of his restaurant St. Hubertus in the Hotel & Spa Rosa Alpina in San Cassiano (which is currently being renovated), Norbert Niederkofler - South Tyrol's only three-star chef - opened his new restaurant in Brunico in summer 2023, the "Atelier Moessmer Norbert Niederkofler", and managed to receive his 3 stars again just a few months after opening.
